Although the ideal reference to the first Tumbleweeds Catcher (Minneapolis, 1972) is obvious both in the dimensions (8 meters) and structure, and for the statement on the relationship between nature and architecture already present in that work, the big tower built in Verona inverts the factors of that relationship. This structure, that is at the same time architecture and nature, is placed at the center of a pure neoclassical architectural context where it becomes the focus, in order to make very clear the roles of both nature and architecture. That is to say that here the protagonist is nature.  On the contrary, in the 1972 ‘tower’ architecture had the main role: that of hosting natural elements refused by the urban context.
