HANGING ARCHIPENSIERO II

This light structure, originally built in 2004 (exhibition Sonde, Palazzo Fabroni, Pistoia), due to its location has both a different function and a new meaning. Hanging outside, in front of the entrance of Futurdome, it is no longer an object exhibited among many others but ‘something’ that cannot be ignored. As it is, all people entering the building are forced, even if unwilling, to look at its changing shape with all consequent different, multiple ways of understanding it.
